Welcome to Ciao Valet! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ciao Valet mobile application (the "App") and services provided by Ciao Valet Inc. ("Ciao Valet," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Ciao Valet app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Overview
Ciao Valet provides on-demand valet services at participating gas stations, allowing users to order fuel and in-store items via the App while remaining in their vehicle. Our associates (the "Valets") facilitate transactions and assist customers with their purchases.
2. User Eligibility
To use Ciao Valet, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate account information.
Have a valid payment method linked to your account.
3. Payments & Fees
You agree to pay for all purchases made through the App, including fuel, in-store items, and applicable service fees.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Transactions are processed via third-party payment providers, and we do not store credit card information.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can only be canceled before they are fulfilled.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion, subject to review.

5. Valet Responsibilities
Valets act as service facilitators and are not employees of Ciao Valet but independent contractors.
We do not assume liability for any damages, errors, or delays caused by Valets.
6. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:
Behave respectfully toward Valets and gas station staff.
Not use the service for illegal activities.
Not attempt to manipulate pricing, transactions, or app functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ciao Valet is not responsible for:
Any injuries, damages, or losses related to service usage.
Unavailable services due to technical errors or third-party issues.
Unauthorized transactions made using your account.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
